1. Replace aging iron guttering and downspouts on the Chapel
2. New beams and flooring in the Chapel
3. Possible under pinning and foundation improvements of the Chapel foundations. Investigate and repair cracks.
4. New heating system for Chapel and new meeting room
5. New community kitchen spaces
6. Decoration and fit out with modern and comfortable community furniture in the Chapel and office.
7. Removal of huge unused internal oil tank
8. Conversion of old boiler room to shared meeting space

Full internal refurbishment (Plaster walls , electrics, new ceiling. This room has not bee inhabited for 325 years).
